Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course (1 day)

Linear training solutions Emergency First Aid at Work training is a 1 day First Aid training course to ensure you feel confident enough to deal with any life-threatening First Aid emergency.

Linear has a success pass rate of 99%. A certificate is issued on completion of the course subject to passing assessment and is valid for three years.

This course is regulated by the First Aid Awards (FAA) organisation and Ofqual.

All course delegates on a Linear Training Solutions first aid course will:

  • Understand the role and responsibilities of a First Aider
  • Be able to assess an incident
  • Be able to manage an unresponsive casualty who is breathing normally
  • Be able to manage an unresponsive casualty who is not breathing normally
  • Be able to recognise and assist a casualty who is choking
  • Be able to manage a casualty with external bleeding
  • Be able to manage a casualty who is in shock
  • Be able to manage a casualty with a minor injury

First Aid at Work (FAW) course (3 day)

The First Aid at Work training is for those wishing to become full first aiders in the workplace.

This course has a 99% pass rate. A certificate is issued on completion of the course subject to passing assessment and is valid for three years.

This course is regulated by the First Aid Awards (FAA) organisation and Ofqual.
